Ann Trandai is the founder and principal of Trandai Realty, a Commercial Real Estate and Investment brokerage in Uptown Chicago. She holds the CIPS (Certified International Property Specialist) designation and the CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) designation. A CCIM is an invaluable resource to the commercial real estate owner, investor, and user, and is among an elite corps of 15,000 professionals across North America who holds the CCIM designation.
After receiving her master degree in Electrical Engineering at Illinois Institute of Technology, she worked at Motorola in the Cellular Division for 14 years. Since moving from the corporate world into the Commercial Real Estate industry, she has invested and successfully attained the prestigious CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) designation within 10 months whereas her colleagues would take an average of 3 years to earn the same designation. With a Certified MBE (Minority Business Enterprise), she is also the first business women owner in the Chicago Asian American community to earn the CCIM designation. Ann is very involved in the Asian American and her local communities. She has spoken at 4 local realtor boards to promote CCIM education, and a speaker in the panel discussion at IAR Multicultural Seminar on ‘Understanding Asian Real Estate Market in United States’.
Besides her impressive achievements in her studies, she is also a savvy investor of multi-family and office buildings. Her commercial real estate practice includes sale and leasing transactions of office, retail, shopping center, hotel, and industrial warehouse for her domestic and international clientele. For her foreign investors, her service includes consultation in investing in U.S real estate with guidance into residence with EB-5 & L1visa programs. What set her apart from her competition are her international network in Vietnam and China, her ability to analyze an investment greatest potential, her negotiation and analytical skills, her understanding of Eastern and Western cultures, and her compassion and dedication for her clients.

TUYEN NGUYEN, Vice President of Trandai Realty, an Illinois-Licensed Real Estate Broker and a CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) candidate. She has over 8 years of experience in real estate, combined with a successful background in Information Technology. After receiving her bachelor’s degree in Computer Information Systems from DeVry University – Chicago in 2003, she has always had a strong interest in real estate and attained her Illinois Broker’s License the same year. While working as an IT System Administrator, she began focusing on commercial real estate in property investments and retail leasing. Her portfolio contains Landlord & Tenant Representations of Nail Salon, Restaurant, Used-Car Dealership, Office, Mixed-Used, Multi- Family, and Warehouse. Tuyen owns and manages several of her investment properties. She is also co-owner of Rockford Premier Auto Sales.

Wally Tang, a team member based in Los Angeles and Orange County, joined Trandai Realty in 2011 as our VP of International Marketing & Development. Wally has an expressive background of over twenty years as an IT Developer of Support Systems and a Database Administrator with a spectrum of industries in Telecommunication Services & Scheduling, Manufacturing, Retail, Distribution Warehouse, Health Care, Marketing, Advertising, National Public Record, The Golden Gate Toll Road System, and The Government Defense Media System.
His IT journey around the world entwined his involvement into international property management and rehabilitation has led him to become a real estate broker, and now a mogul in real estate throughout Los Angeles and Orange County. By incorporating his technical background and international expertise, he delivers an astounding distinct service package locally and globally.
Wally's first exposure to international real estate was in a housing development investment project located in An Phu Dong, Ho Chi Minh City in Vietnam in 2004. After his exploration in Xuhui District in Shanghai for two years, he got involved in regional networking events and attended the Xuhui District conference. From there, he successfully established The Chinese Investors Network for Housing and Business Development in Xuhui. Furthermore, he extended his reach out to China investors to explore new development projects in PuDong, Shanghai. Through his international real estate cultivation, his cultured experiences include asset management, project development opportunities assessment, and large commercial real estate development projects like shopping centers and apartment buildings.

Annie Shen, our affiliate Director of International Marketing and Development, based in Shanghai, China joined Trandai Realty. Annie is a double master holder. She holds an MBA in International Management from University of Illinois at Chicago and a Master of Science in Microbiology Pharmaceutical from Shanghai Normal University. She also has an Associate from Shanghai Jiao Tong University Pharmacy School.? Her educational background encompassed knowledge in marketing, strategic management and corporate finance.
Annie's diverse integration of expertise and knowledge in Marketing, Global Operations and Leadership in a multinational and cross-functional team environment comes from five years in the Pharmaceutical and Consumer Goods industry. From there, she developed an enthusiastic business intuition to bridge the real estate world with international investment to coexist with of her global business practice.
Annie's department consists of consultation in global marketing, business development service of EB5 immigration project, and various global commercial real estate investment projects. She is actively involved in international networking events and developing portfolios with Chinese investor exploring the housing and business projects in Shanghai.

David Pan, our Vice President of Global Marketing, born in Vietnam, received his undergraduate studies in Taiwan and a Master of Business in Melbourne, Australia. He has over twenty years of experience in marketing targeting the global markets of rubber compound products and robotic machinery products. He has travelled over seventy countries and has built global relationships with clients in Taiwan, China, Malaysia, Korea, Thailand, Australia, and Germany to name a few. He is actively involved in tradeshows coordination of showcasing products in automotive, electronic, medical machinery and robotic machinery.
He currently works with manufacturers in Taiwan, China and the United States to initiate the potential value capacity of industrial parks in Vietnam and China. With a history of experiences and exposures in the industry, he has successfully facilitated and moved many manufacturers to expand new facilities into Vietnam and China.
As Vice President of Global Marketing, David has merged his global connections in various industries and established interconnected relations between Asia and U.S in real estate investments. David's resources are a valuable division to our company since he is consistently channeling world news and updates while actively involved in various global investments. Michael O. Brown

Michael O. Brown is the senior counsel of the Clark Hill law firm in Chicago. He advises clients on structuring and financing investment in commercial and industrial real estate and early stage growth businesses in food service, healthcare and alternative energy markets.
For more than twenty years, Mr. Brown has counseled small business clients and real estate companies in the acquisition, planning, financing and development of residential, commercial and industrial properties. He continues to focus his practice in the areas of corporate, economic development; governmental incentive-based financing; real estate finance and real estate development matters.
Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Brown was senior counsel at the law firm of Masuda, Funai, Eifert, and Mitchell. His practice focused on the development of foreign investor based investment funds for the deployment of capital in real estate projects and key investment sectors. His primary clients included small to mid-size commercial businesses and retail developers (for profit/not for profit) and quick service restaurant owners in the development of retail businesses targeted for select markets.
Mr. Brown is founding board member of Mercury Title Company, LLC and ATG Trust Company. He is a former Chairman and shareholder of Sable Bancshares, Inc., a community development financial institution. He has testified before Congress and the Illinois State Assembly on legislative matters related to community development finance and economic development matters.
Mr. Brown received his B.A. Sociology, MBA of Finance & Management and JD at IIT –Chicago –Kent College of Law. Currently, he is on the IIT Alumni board of director. He is a frequent speaker and presenter on real estate issues. He spoke about” EB5 & Foreign Investment” at the AREAA Global Summit in New York in 2012 and went to China several times from 2012-13 to discuss about “Foreign Investment in America”. Mr. Brown and Ms. Trandai are the alumni of IIT – Illinois Institute of Technology. They have been good friends since 2011 and currently are working on a couple projects for foreign investment.

Allen Chiang

Allen Chiang is the broker/owner, CEO of Presidential Real Estate Inc, which is the largest Chinese Real Estate company with 5 branches and over 400 agents in Los Angeles and Southern California.
Born in China, moved to Taiwan during World War II, he was an owner of the assembly factory for handbag and leather items with more than 3000 employees and traded with partners in US, Canada, Europe and Australia. He moved to USA as an immigrant and earned his law degree in New York and a bachelor of electrical engineering of University of California Los Angeles and master of Computer Science.
With law and engineering background, it allowed him to stay at the cutting –edge of real estate trend as well as becoming a master of real estate law. As the CEO of Presidential Real Estate, Mr. Chiang has earned almost all national professional certifications: CCIM, CIPS, CRB, CRS, ABRM, ABR, SRES, RECS, AIR, ePRO and TRC. He became the only person in NAR(National Associations of Realtors) to hold many recognitions.
Mr. Chiang has been a guest speaker of many industry events, seminars nation-wide, His hard work, focus and dedication have earned him a name widely known in the Caucasian dominated real estate market. In 1992, he was given the chair of C.A.R (California Association of Realtors), over the years he has held numerous office from local board directors, regional board directors, involved in Southern California and C.A.R International Real Estate Legislative Liaisons.
Over 20 years of business venture, he have always insisted on training each agents personally, taught all his fellow realtors all the knowledge available to him, he is willing to share all that he knows. He has helped thousands of minorities achieve the American Dream of owning a home. Mr. Chiang is the HOPE Award winner, four years Vice Chair/Chair of Equal OPP 2006 to 2009, and the past Chairperson of AREAA (Asian Real Estate Association of America).
Mr. Chiang and Ann Trandai have the similar engineering background and received CCIM and CIPS designations. They have known each other since 2008 and are in the Global and Commercial committees at AREAA and went to US-China Real Estate Trade Mission in Beijing, Shenzhen and Hangzhou in 2012.

Ron Hirasawa

Ron Hirasawa is a marketing and strategy consultant, and performance coach. His clients include Abbott Laboratories, Takeda Pharmaceuticals, Astellas Pharmaceuticals, Private Bank & Trust, Blount SEG, and Discover Financial Services. His career encompasses 30 years of success in starting companies and leading Fortune 500 company management teams in marketing, sales, new product development, operations and consulting. He is a principal at Ron Hirasawa & Associates for management consulting and contractor.
Specialties: Marketing, strategy, innovation, leadership, entrepreneurship, ethics, Japanese culture, business practices and executive coaching.
Prior to his consulting and coaching assignments, Mr. Hirasawa created a $100 million Midwest regional snack foods entity with the merger and acquisition of three companies. He worked in sales, marketing, and advertising for P&G, S.C. Johnson, United Brands, Leo Burnett, and Don Tennant companies. He started American Marketing Services Corporation, a promotion and local marketing company. person in NAR(National Associations of Realtors) to hold many recognitions.
Ron has exported food products to Japan and other countries. He has advised Fortune 500 companies on doing business with the Japanese for 20 years.
He served in the U.S. Army during the Vietnam Conflict, reaching the rank of Captain. Mr. Hirasawa holds a B.S. in Industrial Management from the Wharton School of Business and an MBA in Marketing from St. Mary’s University in San Antonio, TX. He is a Professor at DePaul University and the Lake Forest Graduate School of Management, where he lectures on Marketing, Entrepreneurship, Strategic Management, Innovation, and Leadership. In 2005, he received the Distinguished Faculty Award at Lake Forest Graduate School of Management.
Mr. Hirasawa and Ms. Trandai are members of Lake Forest/Lake Bluff Rotary International Club. They have know each other over 3 years at and have worked on several charities and fundraising events.

Raymond Markman

Raymond Markman is a a managing partner at Midwest Renaissance, a member of the Manager & Executive Investment Committee of Midwest Venture Capital Fund, and a founder/CEO of Financial Life Planning LLC.- a wealth management company
Mr. Markman has held several executive corporate positions: a creative supervisor at Chicago Tribune, a founder/CEO of Sale Power Inc., a supervisor of branch management at Helene Curtis, an Accounting Supervisor at Leo Burnett Advertizing Agency, and a VP at McCann Erickson, and an Executive Vice President at Encyclopedia Britannica.
He founded and took multiple companies public including Mayflower Insurance Co., Seago, and Chicago City Bank. In addition, he founded and sold Heritage Home Video and Magic Video. Mr. Markman has founded and/or fund more than 30 companies, serving as a director for more than a dozen. His success rate was in excess of 85% and with an overall return of 31%. On the wealth management business, he invested in start-ups for his clients and himself and built a business with more than $200 MM in assets under management.
